Return and Refund Policy

JDMODUS accepts returns of eligible products within 30 days of delivery, provided the product is returned in new, unused, and uninstalled condition.

All returns must be approved by JDMODUS before being shipped back. Please contact us before returning any product to receive return authorization and return instructions. Products sent to JDMODUS without prior authorization may not be accepted.

Return Eligibility

Products must be new and uninstalled to qualify for a return. Products that have been used, installed, test-fitted, modified, painted, drilled, cut, damaged after delivery, or otherwise altered are not eligible for return.

Approved returns are subject to a 30% restocking fee.

Return Shipping

For returns resulting from a change of mind or other customer-requested return, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable, as those charges were used to ship the original order.

If JDMODUS shipped an incorrect product, please contact us so we can arrange to correct the order at our expense.

Products Damaged in Transit

All shipments are insured against damage during transit.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact JDMODUS within 3 days of delivery. We will work with you to document the damage and submit a claim for the shipment.

Please retain the product, packaging, shipping carton, and any other materials associated with the shipment while the claim is being processed.

If replacement inventory is available, JDMODUS can replace a product that was damaged during transit.

Damage reported more than 3 days after delivery may not be eligible for a shipping damage claim.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders may be canceled for a full refund as long as the order has not shipped. The 30% restocking fee does not apply to a pre-order canceled before shipment.

Once a pre-order has shipped, the standard return policy applies.

Refunds

Once an approved return arrives at our facility, JDMODUS will inspect the product to confirm that it meets the return requirements.

For an eligible return, JDMODUS will issue the applicable refund immediately following inspection. The refund will be returned to the original payment method, less the 30% restocking fee and any non-refundable original shipping charges.

After JDMODUS issues the refund, it typically takes approximately 3-5 business days for the funds to appear in the customer's account. Actual processing time is determined by the customer's bank or card issuer and may vary.

Before Sending a Return

Please contact JDMODUS before shipping any return. We will verify eligibility and provide the appropriate return instructions and return address.

Do not send a product back without first receiving return authorization from JDMODUS.
