Stop settling for brittle fiberglass or rusted-out donor parts. This is a brand-new, all-steel replacement engineered for owners who demand structural integrity and a true metal finish.
Technical Specifications:
Material: Premium High-Strength Cold-Rolled Steel.
Thickness: 1.2mm (18 Gauge). The panel is thicker and more rigid than original OEM panels. Provides superior dent resistance and prevents welding "blow-through."
Manufacturing: Precision Cold-Pressed to ensure crisp body lines and exact factory contours.
Surface Finish: Fully dipped in high-quality black E-coat primer. Provides 360-degree coverage for maximum corrosion resistance. Ready for scuffing and paint.
OEM Integration: All factory mounting holes and internal reinforcement brackets are pre-installed. No drilling or custom brackets required.
⚠️ Important Fitment Disclaimer (Please Read Carefully):
A 40-Year Reality: These parts are designed for vehicles over four decades old. Over 40 years, chassis naturally shift, sag, and fatigue from age or past accidents.
Professional Skill Required: Because every classic chassis varies, these panels MAY require custom adjustments. Achieving perfect gaps and lines may involve professional shimming, trimming, or minor heat-pulling.
Expectation Management: If you are looking for a "perfect" drop-in OEM fit without the need for professional bodywork, please do not order. These are high-quality steel components intended for experienced builders and professional restoration shops.
